Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping Across India:
  All orders within India are eligible for free shipping with no hidden charges.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  COD orders are available for selected pin codes with a nominal charge of ₹49.
• International Orders:
  For international deliveries, shipping charges are based on weight and destination. The exact cost will be shown during checkout.
• Timely Delivery:
  We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Return Request:
  Raise your return or replacement request within:
  • 48 hours for food products (such as honey, rajma, saffron, etc.)
  • 7 days for non-perishable or handcrafted items.
• Condition for Return:
  Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
• Reverse Pickup:
  Reverse pickup is available for selected serviceable pin codes only. Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
• International Orders:
  Reverse pickup is not available for international shipments. Customers are responsible for returning items themselves.
• Refunds & Replacements:
  Refunds or replacements are processed immediately upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
  • Replacement Delivery Time:
    • 4–5 days for food products
    • 10–12 days for handcrafted items
• Non-returnable Items:
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or discounted sale items
  • Opened, used, or tampered food products
