Product Details

Deep in the Chenab Valley, where the Himalayan air is crisp and the soil untouched by chemicals, grows a rajma unlike any other. Bhaderwahi Rajma — small-grained, slow-grown at high altitude — carries a richness of flavour that plains varieties simply cannot replicate.

Each batch is naturally cultivated by Pahadi farmers who have tended these fields for generations. When slow-cooked, these kidney beans turn irresistibly creamy, absorbing spices deeply for a dal that tastes like it came straight from a mountain kitchen.

No additives. No blending. Just pure Pahadi Rajma — as nature intended.

Health Benefits

Bhaderwahi Rajma is valued for its nutrient-rich profile and wholesome goodness. It is a natural source of plant-based protein, dietary fiber, and essential nutrients that support a balanced lifestyle. Its hearty composition makes it a satisfying addition to everyday meals, while its traditional origin adds to its purity and authenticity.

Absolutely loved this Bhaderwahi Rajma! The beans are small, uniform, and cook perfectly soft without losing their shape. The taste is rich, earthy, and gives a true pahadi (Himalayan) flavor that you don’t get in regular rajma. It absorbs spices beautifully, making the gravy thick and delicious.😋

The Bhaderwahi Rajma from HimalayanKart has a rich flavor and creamy texture — totally different from regular rajma. It cooks easily and tastes amazing with rice. You can feel the purity in every bite!
